What we collect

This website has no sign-up form and sets no advertising or tracking cookies. We collect personal information only when you email us, and then only what you choose to send, such as your name, firm, contact details and the content of your message.

How we use it

• To reply to you and talk with you about SwiftTitle and the pilot
• To keep a record of our correspondence

We don't sell your information and we don't use it for anyone else's marketing.

Who we share it with

Our email and website hosting providers store data on our behalf. We disclose information to others only with your consent or where the law requires it.

The SwiftTitle platform

When SwiftTitle opens to firms, use of the platform will be covered by its own privacy policy and terms, published before launch.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing info@swifttitle.com.au. We will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
