Every contract read before you open the file.

The software prepares. Your firm decides.
SwiftTitle does the reading, sorting and chasing. Advice, sign-off, client money and settlement stay with the solicitor or conveyancer who acts for the client.
SwiftTitleThe groundwork on every file
- Reads every page of the contract and vendor documents, scans included
- Drafts the review report, flagging each issue with its page reference
- Tracks key dates: cooling-off, finance, exchange and settlement
- Runs identity checks and PEP and sanctions screening, and keeps the records
- Gives clients a portal for documents, tasks and status updates
Your firmThe professional on every file
- Holds the retainer: the client's contract is with you
- Reviews the report and advises the client
- Releases every update before the client sees it
- Holds client money in your trust account
- Settles and lodges as the PEXA subscriber
SwiftTitle never gives legal advice, never holds client money and never sends bank details by email. Documents are encrypted and processed and stored in Australia.
How a file runs
From the client's first login to settlement day, one record of the matter that your team and your client both work from.
-
The client joins
Your firm sends the invitation. The client verifies their identity with myID, the Australian Government Digital ID, or in person, and is screened for AML.
SwiftTitle -
The documents are read
The contract, vendor documents and certificates go into the file. SwiftTitle reads every page and drafts the review report and the key dates.
SwiftTitle -
You review and advise
Your solicitor or conveyancer checks the report against the documents, advises the client and releases what the client should see.
Your firm -
Exchange to settlement
Dates, reminders and the checklist keep the file moving. You exchange, settle on PEXA and lodge, as you do now.

A fixed fee per file
One technology fee for each matter, charged to your firm. We are setting the amount with our pilot firms.
- Never a share of your professional fees. The fee is the same whatever you charge your client.
- No referral fees or commissions. We don't send you clients and we don't pay for them.
- Searches and settlement costs stay disbursements, ordered in your firm's name.
The pilot
Pilot firms use SwiftTitle on real files and measure it: time saved per file, issues missed, and whether it is worth the fee.

Buying or selling a home?
SwiftTitle doesn't act for you. Your solicitor or conveyancer does. If your firm uses SwiftTitle, they will invite you to a secure portal where you can upload documents, see what happens next and message them.
We never ask you to pay money into an account, and we never send bank details by email. If you receive bank details by email or text, don't use them. Call your solicitor or conveyancer on a number you already know.
